“五位一体”的健康教育模式在PICC置管患者中的应用

目的 探讨“五位一体”的健康教育模式在PICC置管患者中的应用效果.方法 将772例需进行PICC置管的化疗患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各386例.对照组实施常规PICC护理,实验组在此基础上实施“五位一体”的健康教育模式.比较两组患者的并发症发生率、非计划拔管率、导管留置时间及患者的满意度.结果 实验组患者的并发症发生率及非计划拔管率依次为6.99％、1.30％,低于对照组的35.5％、11.92％(P＜0.05);实验组的导管留置时间为(139.74±20.56)d,对照组为(116.95±30.21)d,两组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.01);实验组患者的满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 系统完善的健康教育模式能减少PICC带管期间的并发症发生率,提高患者满意度.

FIVE IN ONE HEALTH EDUCATION MODE FOR THE PICC PATIENTS

Objective To explore the effect of Five in One health education mode on the PICC patients.Methods772 PICC patients were randomly divided into the experimental group undergoing Five in One health education mode and the contrast group getting routine care.The incidence of complications,the rate of non-planned extubation,the time of catheter retaining and the degree of patients’ satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe rates of complications and non-planned extubation were 6.99% and 1.30% in the experimental group and 35.5% and 11.92% in the contrast group respectively(P<0.05).The time of catheter retaining was(139.74±20.56)days in the experimental group and(116.95±30.21)days in the contrast group(P<0.01).Patients in the experimental group showed more satisfaction than those in the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion Good health education mode can help reduce the incidence of complication and promote patients’ satisfaction.
