阿魏酸川芎醇酯对内皮细胞氧化损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的 观察川芎嗪衍生物阿魏酸川芎醇酯(TMPF)对H2O2引起的脐静脉内皮细胞(ECV304)氧化性损伤的保护作用,并探讨其作用机制.方法 H2O2引起内皮细胞氧化性损伤,观察TMPF对内皮细胞氧化损伤的保护作用.结果 TMPF对H2O2引起内皮细胞氧化性损伤有明显的保护作用,能减少内皮细胞脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)的生成,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,并能提高损伤细胞NO的分泌量.结论 TMPF可有效保护H2O2引起内皮细胞氧化性损伤,维持或恢复细胞正常的生理功能.

Abstract:Objective To observe the protection of human umbilical vein endothelial cells with tetramethylpyrazine pentaerythritol tetranitrate from the oxidative damage caused by H2O2.MethodsThe oxidative damages of umbilical vein endothelial cells were caused by H2O2,and the protective effect of tetramethylpyrazine pentaerythritol tetranitrate was observed.ResultsTetramethylpyrazine pentaerythritol tetranitrate could protect the injured cells obviously,decrease lipid peroxidation,improve the activity of SOD and increase the of secretory volume of NO in the oxidative damaged endothelial cells.ConclusionTetramethylpyrazine pentaerythritol tetranitrate can effectively protect endothelial cells from oxidative damage caused by H2O2 and maintain the physiological functions of endothelial cells.
