临床护理路径在脑出血患者中的应用探讨

目的 观察临床护理路径(CNP)在脑出血患者护理中的应用效果.方法 将86例脑出血患者按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各43例.观察组采用制定好的临床护理路径进行护理,对照组采用传统模式进行神经内科常规护理.比较两组患者的Barthel指数、运动功能积分(FAM)、医疗费用、住院时间、并发症的发生率以及患者的满意度等.结果 与对照组比较,观察组患者的Barthel指数、FAM及患者的满意度明显提高(P＜0.05),医疗费用、住院时间以及并发症的发生率显著减少(P＜0.05).结论 临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的应用提高了护理质量以及患者的满意度.

THE USE OF CLINICAL NURSING PATHWAY FOR PATIENTS WITH CEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE

Objective To observe the effects of clinical nursing pathway(CNP) on cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 84 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 patients in each group.The observation group got care through the designed clinical nursing path,while the control group received the traditional neurological care model.The comparison of the two groups of patients were made in terms of Barthel index,fugle-meyer assessment(FAM),medical cost,length of stay,the rate of complications and patients’ satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher Barthel index,FAM and patients’ satisfaction(P<0.05),and had significant less medical cost,shorter length of stay and lower incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion Proper clinical nursing path can improve the quality of care and patients’ satisfaction for patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
