| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理干预对住院网瘾青少年患者焦虑情绪的影响.方法 将我院2009年12月至2010年11月青少年网瘾患者随机分为对照组(50例)与实验组(50例),对照组按精神科护理常规护理,实验组加用认知、情绪和行为护理干预.结果 实验组患者经护理干预后焦虑情绪明显低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 及时正确的护理干预可明显降低网瘾青少年患者入院后发生焦虑情绪的程度.建议对网瘾患者实行常规的、多层次的护理干预.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention on the anxiety of hospitalized teenagers with internet addiction.Methods 100 teenagers with internet addiction were hospitalized from December,2009 to November,2010 and were randomly divided into the control group(n=50) and the experimental group(n=50).Routine nursing was given to both groups,while the cognitive,emotional and behavioral nursing interventions were added to the experimental group.Results After nursing intervention,the degree of anxiety in the experimental group was found significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Immediate and appropriate nursing interventions can effectively decrease the anxiety of hospitalized teenagers with internet addiction. |
