健康档案在心肌梗死患者康复期的应用

目的 探讨健康档案在心肌梗死患者康复期的应用效果.方法 将100例心肌梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组.对照组经治疗出院后常规随访,观察组由医务人员为其建立健康档案.对两组患者出院1年内就诊诊疗时间、复发率、自救自护能力、安全感、满意度等进行分析比较.结果 观察组就诊诊疗时间为(5士2)min,对照组为(10士2)min,两组比较有统计学意义(t=12.5,P ＜0.01)；观察组的自救能力、满意度及安全感分别为92％、88％、84％,均高于对照组(P＜0.05或0.01).结论 心肌梗死患者康复期应用健康档案管理可以缩短诊疗时间,提高患者的自救能力、满意度及安全感.

APPLICATION OF HEALTH RECORD OF MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION PATIENTS IN REHABILITAION STAGE

Objective To investigate the effect of health records of patients with myocardial infarction in rehabilitation period.Methods 100 cases of myocardial infarction patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given the routine follow-up surveys.The observation group was helped to establish their health records by the medical staff.The medical treatment time,recurrence rate,self-aid capacity,sense of security and satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed within one year of patients being discharged from hospital.Results The medical treatment time of the observation group was(5±2) minutes and that of the control group was(10±2) minutes.The comparison had statistical significance(t=12.5,P<0.01).The self-help ability,satisfaction and sense of security of the observation group were 92%,88% and 84% respectively,all being higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion In rehabilitation period of myocardial infarction patients,the application of health records management can shorten the medical treatment time,improve patients’self-aid ability,satisfaction and sense of security.
