舒肝解郁胶囊治疗轻度抑郁症的对照研究

目的 观察舒肝解郁胶囊治疗轻度抑郁症的疗效与安全性.方法 将62例轻度抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各31例.治疗组:口服舒肝解郁胶囊2粒/次,3次/d；对照组口服草酸艾司西酞普兰5～15mg/d.于治疗前及治疗后第2、4、6周分别对两组患者进行汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及副反应量表(TESS)测定.结果 治疗组及对照组总有效率分别为87.1％和83.87％,两组比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗组未见明显不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率为12.9％,主要为恶心.结论 舒肝解郁胶囊治疗轻度抑郁症安全有效.

THE CURATVE EFFECT OF SHUGANJIEYU CAPSULES ON MILD DEPRESSION

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of shuganjieyu capsules(a traditional Chinese medicine) in treating mild depression.Methods62 cases of mild depression were randomly divided into the treatment group treated with two shuganjieyu capsules,3 times a day and the contrast group treated with 5～15 mg of escitalopram oxalate a day,with 31 cases in each group.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and the Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS) were used for evaluation before treatment and 2,4,6 weeks after the treatments.ResultsThe rates of total therapeutic effect in the treatment group and the contrast group were 87.10% and 83.87% respectively(P>0.05).No side effects were found in the treatment group.The incidence of side effects in the contrast group was 12.90% and nausea was the main complication.Conclusionshuganjieyu capsules can be effectively used to treat mild depression.
