欣母沛预防剖宫产出血的疗效分析

摘    要:目的 探讨欣母沛联合缩宫素预防剖宫产出血的效果.方法 将348例因多胎妊娠需行剖宫产术的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各174例.实验组:胎儿娩出后立即给予缩宫素20 U静脉滴注,子宫肌内注射欣母沛250 μg;对照组:胎儿娩出后给予缩宫素20 U静脉滴注,10U子宫肌内注射,米索前列醇400μg舌下含服.比较两组术中及术后24 h出血量、产后出血发生率.结果 实验组术中、术后24 h出血量及出血发生率分别为(212.59±77.21)mL、(290.20±56.45)mL、13.8%,均低于对照组(P<0.01).结论 欣母沛与缩宫素联合应用预防多胎妊娠剖宫产出血,具有安全、高效、迅速、方便等优点.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the curative effect of the combined use of hemabate and oxytocin on the prevention of hemorrhage after uterine-incision delivery.Methods348 cases of multifetation that needed uterine-incision delivery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the contrast group,with 174 cases in each group.In the experimental,20 u of oxytocin was immediately given by intravenous infusion after fetal disengagement and 250 ug of hemabate was injected into uterine muscle simultaneouslu.In the contrast group,20 u of oxytocin was given by intravenous infusion,10 u of oxytocin was injected into uterine muscle and 400ug of misoprostol was administered sublingually.The amount of bleeding in 24 hours and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe amount of intraoperative and postoperative bleeding and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in 24 hours after delivery in the experimental group were both much less than those in the contrast group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combined use of hemabate and oxytocin can effectively prevent hemorrhage after uterine-incision delivery in the cases of multifetation.
