| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨放射性131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进症患者的护理方法.方法 回顾性总结182例放射性131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床资料及护理体会.结果 接受放射性131I治疗的182例患者中,3个疗程总治愈率为98％(178/182)；甲减发生率为46％(84/182).临床护理安全有效.结论 高质量的临床护理对安全有效地开展131I治疗甲亢具有重要的临床意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing method for patients with yyperthyroidism treated by radioactive Iodine-131.Methods The clinical data and nursing experience of 182 cases with hyperthyroidism treated by radioactive Iodine-131 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Results After three courses of treatment,178 cases(98%) were cured.The occurrence of hypothyroidism was 4.9%(9/182).The clinical care was found safe and effective.Conclusion High-quality clinical care is very important for the treatment of hyperthyroidism with radioactive Iodine-131. |
