自拟汤药佐治溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

目的 探讨自拟汤药佐治溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效.方法 将70例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为研究组与对照组,各35例.研究组患者给予山莨菪碱和自拟汤药保留灌肠.对照组口服柳氮磺胺吡啶,0.75 g/次,4次/d.两组均10 d为1个疗程,4个疗程后做结肠镜和病理学检查,比较两组疗效.结果 研究组有效率为91％,对照组有效率为60％.研究组疗效显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 山莨菪碱配合自拟汤药能有效治疗溃疡性结肠炎.

THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF SELF-MADE HERBAL MEDICINE ON ULCERATIVE COLITIS

Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made herbal medicine on ulcerative colitis.Methods70 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the research group and the contrast group,with in 35 patients in each group.The research group was treated with anisodamine and the self-made herbal medicine,while the contrast group were treated with sulfapyridine,0.75g each time,4 times a day,ten days as a course of treatment in both groups.After four courses,colonoscopy and pathological examination were performed and the curative effects were compared.Results The therapeutic effects were 91% and 60% in the research group and the contrast group respectively(P<0.05).ConclusionThe combined use of anisodamine and self-made herbal medicine can produce good clinical effect on ulcerative colitis.
