粉尘螨滴剂佐治儿童过敏性哮喘的临床研究

目的 观察粉尘螨滴剂佐治儿童过敏性哮喘的临床疗效和安全性.方法 采用开放性的研究方法将患者随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组使用对症药物和粉尘螨滴剂进行治疗,对照组只使用对症药物进行治疗.治疗半年、1年、2年后检测各项指标.结果 经过1年治疗后,实验组哮喘控制率为93.88％(92/98),对照组控制率为42.50％(17/40),实验组高于对照组(P＜0.01)；治疗后,两组患者日间/夜间症状评分、每日药物计分均低于用药前(P＜0.01),实验组优于对照组(P ＜0.01),且随着免疫治疗时间的延长各项评分有降低的趋势；治疗后,两组患者的肺功能均有所改善,实验组好于对照组(P ＜0.01);两组患者的ACQ及VAS评分较用药前都显著降低,实验组降幅大于对照组(P＜0.01);两组患者治疗前后sIgE的浓度比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后,两组患者血清中粉尘螨sIgG4浓度都升高,但是实验组病患血清中sIgG4浓度升高程度高于对照组(P ＜0.01);不良反应主要表现为感冒、口舌麻木、过敏症状加重、乏力等.结论 粉尘螨滴剂联合对症药物治疗过敏性哮喘具有较好的临床疗效,安全性较高.

DERMATOPHAGOIDES FARINAE DROPS IN TREATING PATIENTS WITH ALLERGIC ASTHMA

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of dermatophagoides farinose drops in treating allergic asthma.Methods The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with a open research method.The experimental group was treated with dermatophagoides farinose drops in addition to routine drugs,while the control group was treated with routine drugs only.Several clinical indicators were tested after half a year,one year and two year of treatment.Results After one year of treatment,the rates of asthma control were 93.88%(92/98)in the experimental group and 42.50%(17/40) in the control group respectively(P<0.01).The scores of diurnal or nocturnal symptoms and the drug administration were all lower after treatments than before treatments,with better effects in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.01),and as the immunotherapy went on,the scores of indicators become even lower.The lung function indexes were improved after treatment,with better effects in the experimental group in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of ACQ and VAS were decreased after treatments,much lower in the experimental group(P<0.01).The density of the sIgE showed no statistical significance after treatments between the two groups(P>0.05).The density of sIgG4 of the two groups were both improved after treatments,much higher in the experimental group than in control group(P<0.01).The adverse reactions mainly included colds,tongue numbness,allergy symptoms aggravation and debilitation.Conclusion The combined use of dermatophagoides farinose drops and routine drugs can produce better clinical efficacy and more safety.
