见习医学生实践技能训练的研究

目的 探讨医学生临床见习期间实践技能培训的方法及效果.方法 将大四期间在我院见习的五年制医学本科生做为研究对象,以临床技能实训中心为实训平台,利用标准化“病人”及“模拟人”对医学生进行临床基本技能培训,采用现场点评和期末强化培训后考核评价培训效果；通过问卷调查师生对培训内容及方式的看法.结果 培训后,90％的学生一次抢救成功率在80％以上.学生问卷:95％优,5％良；教师问卷一:86％优,13％良,1％差；教师问卷二:85％优,18％良,2％差.结论 见习期间利用实训中心全面培养见习医学生临床技能具有实效性和可操作性,效果显著.

CLINICAL SKILL TRAINING FOR MEDICAL EXTERNES

Objective To explore the clinical skill training mode for medical externes.MethodsMedical students in the fouth year were chosen as subjects to receive practical skill training in the Clinical Technique Training Center by using standardized patients and medical patient simulators.The students’ performance was evaluated by on-the-spot evaluation and final exams after intensified training at the term end.Questionnaires were used to survey teachers’ and students’ opinions about this mode.ResultsThe success rate of first aids was above 80% in 90% of the trained students.95% and 5% of the surveyed students believed this mode to be excellent and good respectively.86%,13% and 1% of the surveyed teachers believed the mode to be excellent,good and poor respectively.And in another questionnaire,85%,18% and 2% of the surveyed teachers believed the mode to be excellent,good and poor respectively.ConclusionPractical skill training centers can be effectively used for externs.
