高压氧辅助治疗对冠心病持续性心房颤动心电图变化及血脂影响

目的总结高压氧（HBO）对冠心病持续性心房颤动（房颤）患者心电图静息心室率（RHR）、ST—T变化及血脂的影响。方法选择我院2009--2011年确诊为冠心病持续性房颤患者中接受HBO治疗的108例作为HBO组，选择同期本病患者中未接受HBO治疗的104例作为对照组，两组均接受冠心病的常规规范治疗。观察对比HBO治疗前后两组RHR、ST-T及血脂的变化。结果应用HBO治疗前，两组在RHR、ST—T及血脂水平方面比较，差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0．05）；经HBO治疗2疗程后，HBO组心电图显示RHR、ST—T表现及血脂各项指标均较对照组明显改善（P均〈0．05）。结论HBO辅助治疗冠心病持续性房颤可降低患者的RHR，并改善心肌缺血及血脂状况，有助于冠心病的治疗。

The Effect of Electrocardiograms and Blood Fat of Perpetual Coronary Disease Combined with AF Undergoing HBO Adjunctive Therapy

Objective To summarize the effect of HBO on the resting ventricular rate of electrocardiogram （RHR）, chan- ges of ST-T and blood fat of patients with permanent atrial fibrillation of coronary artery disease （fibrillation atrial）. Methods 108 patients with coronary disease AF during 2009 and 2011 were divided into treatment group （HBO group） and were treated with HBO, while 104 patients with coronary disease AF were not given HBO treatment as control group. The two groups were all given standard treatment to observe and compare the changes of RHR, ST-T and blood fat of the two groups before and after treatment. Results The comparative results of RHR, ST-T and blood fat in the two groups before HBO treatment were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The RHR, ST-T and blood fat of HBO group, compared with that of control group, showed no obvious improvement after HBO treatment （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion HBO adjunctive therapy can depress RHR, improve the myocardial ischemia and blood fat of patients with coronary disease AF. It is an effective approach for coronary disease.
