健康教育对行维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响及效果评价

目的 探讨健康教育对维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响.方法 将50例维持性血液透析患者分为对照组和观察组.对照组给予常规维持性血液透析治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强健康教育,然后采用生活质量评定量表比较两组患者入组时、入组后6个月的生活质量.结果 观察组患者经6个月加强健康教育后,较对照组患者从躯体功能、心理功能及社会功能上都有了明显提高(P＜0.05).结论 通过对患者进行针对性个体化健康教育,可缓解和消除他们的不良情绪,树立战胜疾病的信心,增进护患合作和信任,有效提高了患者的生活质量.

THE IMPACT OF HEALTH EDUCATION ON THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF PATIENTS RECEIVING MAINTENANCE HEMODIALYSIS

Objective To explore the impact of health education on the life quality of patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 50 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given the routine maintenance hemodialysis and nursing care,while the observation group was given health education in addition to the routine maintenance hemodialysis and nursing care.The quality of life of those patients was compared between the two groups through the rating scales of the quality of life.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group got obvous improvement in body function,psychological function and social function after 6 months’ health education(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized health education can help to relieve patients’bad moods,promote their confidence to overcome the disease and enhance the cooperation between nurses and patients so as to effectively improve the patients’quality of life.
