全国高职高专医学学报质量调查及其提高对策

目的 探讨高职高专医学学报的质量现状及其影响因素,为办好学报提供依据.方法 随机抽取9所医学高等专科学校、11所本科医学院校2009至2011年出版的学报,各抽取1期,对其所刊文章的学术质量进行分析.结果 9期专科学校学报共发表文章278篇,期均(30.89±15.65)篇；11所医学本科院校学报共发表文章463篇,期均(42.09±10.34)篇.专科学报所载本校文章占39.93％,立项课题占11.51％;本科学报所载本校文章占24.19％,立项课题占32.18％;专科学报发表的本校文章比例高于本科学报(x2 =20.45,P＜0.01),而本科学报发表的立项课题所占比例高于专科学报(x2 =40.21,P＜0.01).专科学报所载文章以临床疗效研究及教学研究为主,分别占31.29％及22.30％；本科学报以基础研究及临床疗效研究为主,分别占36.07％和28.29％.根据Jadad量表进行评分显示两类学报发表的90篇临床疗效随机对照研究的文章中没有1篇属于高质量研究.结论 高职高专医学学报所刊文章的质量急需提高.

THE QUALITY SURVEYS ON THE JOURNALS OF NATIONAL VOCATIONAL MEDICAL COLLEGES AND THE COPING STRATEGIES

Objective To explore the current quality situation of the academic journals of national vocational medical colleges and the relevant influencing factors.Methods One issue from each of the journals of 9 vocational medical colleges and 11 medical colleges published from 2009 to 2011 was randomly selected to analyze the quality of its academic articles.Results There were 278 articles in all the 9 issues of the vocational medical college journals,with the average of(30.89±15.65)articles in each issue,and there were 463 articles in all the 11 issues of the medical college journals,with the average of(42.09±10.34)articles in each issue.39.93% of the articles from the vocational medical college journals were written by the teachers from the colleges where the journal was managed and 11.51% of them were based on research projects,while 24.19% of the articles from the medical college journals were written by the teachers from the colleges where the journal was managed and 32.18% of them were based on research projects.Compared with medical colleges,vocational medical colleges had more articles written by their own teachers(χ2=20.45,P<0.01),but less articles were based on research projects(χ2=40.21,P<0.01).The articles on therapeutic effect research and teaching research accounted for 31.29% and 22.30% of all the articles from the vocational medical college journals respectively,while the articles on basic medical research and therapeutic effect research accounted for 36.07% and 28.29% of all the articles from the vocational medical college journals respectively.None of the articles on therapeutic effect research from both the two kinds of journal belonged to high-quality research articles according to the Jadad measuring scale.Conclusion The quality of the articles from vocational medical college journal are in badly need of promotion.
