原发性脊髓恶性黑色素瘤1例报告并文献复习

目的：探讨原发性脊髓恶性黑色素瘤的临床特点。方法：报告1例原发性脊髓恶性黑色素瘤的临床、病理及影像资料，并结合文献，对该罕见病的临床诊断、影像学、组织病理及治疗等作一复习。结果：MRI显示肿瘤位于C3、4椎体水平硬膜内外肿瘤。手术证实为髓外硬膜内外肿瘤。组织病理为恶性黑色素瘤。结论：恶性黑色素瘤发病率低，磁共振检查具有特异性，手术治疗、放疗及免疫治疗效果不佳，预后差。

Primary Spinal Malignant Melanocytoma:One Case Report and Literatures Review

Objective:To study the clinical characteristics of primary spinal malignant melanocytoma.Methods:The clinical, histological and radiological data of a case of primaty spinal malignant melancytoma were reported.The literatures about primary spinal melanocytoma were reviewed in discussion.Results:The MRl appeared that the spinal lesion occurred at C_3-C_4 with extension in the paraspinal region.Observed in operation,the tumer was located in the spinal canal.Histopathology of the lesion showed a meningeal melanocytoma.Conclusion:Meningeal melanocytoma is an extremely rare tumor,the magnetic resonance imaging appearance of melanocytoma is characteristic.Surgery resection,radiotherapy and chemotherapy is not effectiveness.The prognosis is very poor.
