肝细胞癌患者外周血中AFP-mRNA水平的检测

目的探讨甲胎蛋白（AFP）-mRNA在原发性肝癌（HCC）患者外周血中的表达和临床意义。方法采用荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）方法,检测25例HCC患者外周血中AFP-mRNA的表达。结果HCC患者外周血中AFP-mR-NA含量显著高于肝炎和肝硬化病人（P〈0.01）。HCC患者外周血中AFP-mRNA含量与病人的肝外转移明显相关（P〈0.05）。HCC患者外周血中AFP-mRNA含量与病人的临床分期肿瘤直径、数目、血清AFP水平无明显相关（P〉0.05）。结论AFP-mRNA可作为血循环中有肝癌细胞或肝癌细胞的标志物,对HCC患者,阳性预示有血源性转移的可能,可作为预测肝癌复发、转移的参考指标。

Detection of AFP-mRNA levels in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective] To investigate the expression of alpha- fetoproteins （AFP） in peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Methods] RT-PCR was adopted to detect the expression of AFP-mRNA in peripheral blood of 25 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Results] AFP-mRNA levels in patients with HCC were significant higher than that in patients with hepatitis and cirrhosis. AFP-mRNA levels did not significantly correlated with the clinical stage, tumor diameter, tumor amount, and serum AFP levels （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion] AFP-mRNA can be the specific marker of hepatoma cells in blood circulation. For HCC patients, the positive AFP-mRNA indicates the possibility of hematogenous metastasis, which can serve as a reference indicator of prediction of liver cancer recurrence, and metastasis.
