| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨健康教育对老年高血压病患者预后的影响。方法：278例老年高血压病人随机分为实验组（140例）、对照组（138例），实验组在一般护理的基础上实施健康教育，对照组采用一般常规护理，比较两组并发症、致残率和死亡率。结果：实验组并发症、致残率、死亡率分别为：34．3％、10．0％、7．9％；对照组分别为：97．1％、70．3％、13．0％；两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：健康教育可减少老年高血压病患者并发症和致残率，降低其死亡率，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the influence of health education on the prognosis of old aged high blood patients. Methods： Dividing 278 cases of old aged high blood patients into experiment group （140 cases） and control group （138 cases） randomly. Give health education to the treatment group in addition to common nursing which is the sole treatment got by the control group. Results： The rates of complications, crippling and death in the treatment group are obviously lower than those of the control. Conclusion： Health education is worth clinical application. |
