醒脑开窍针刺法配合促通技术治疗脑卒中偏瘫临床观察

目的观察醒脑开窍针刺法配合促通技术治疗脑卒中偏瘫的疗效。方法120例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为康复组(采用促通技术)、针刺组(采用醒脑开窍针刺法)和综合组(采用醒脑开窍针刺法加促通技术);比较各组神经功能缺损程度评分(CSS)、Fugl-Meyer评分的改善情况。结果治疗2个月后综合组CSS和FMA评分改善明显优于针刺组和康复组。结论醒脑开窍针刺法配合促通技术可明显促进脑卒中偏瘫患者神经功能的恢复。

The Clinical Observation on the Acupuncture Therapy Enlivenig Brain,Dredging Orifices Cooperating with Promoting Treatment for Hemiplegia after Stroke

Objective:To study the effect of acupuncture therapy Enlivening Brain,Dredging Urifices cooperating with promoting treatment for hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into three groups,those in the rehabilitation group received ptomoting treatment,in the acupuncture group received acupuncture therapy Enlivening Brain,Dredging Urifices,and those in the combined group received therapy of the formers in all.China stroke scale(CSS) and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) were used to assess the degree of neurological impairment motor function before and after treatment.Results:The scores of CSS and FMA of the combined group was obviously increased than of the other groups,and there was a significant difference. Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy Enlivening Brain,Dredging Urifices cooperating with promoting treatment has a better effect on rehabilitation of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
