无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的手术解剖学特点及临床意义

目的 比较无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的手术解剖学特点及临床意义。方法 采用美国巴德公司生产的PerFix充填物加补片无张力疝修补术治疗25例腹股沟疝,并与26例传统术式比较分析,总结这些临床资料,评定疗效。结果无张力疝修补术不需做腹股沟区广泛解剖,且效果好,25例无1例复发,而传统疝修补术26例中有4例复发,统计学分析有显著性差异。结论无张力疝修补术较传统术式复发率低、操作相对简单、并发症少,值得在临床上加以推广。

Anatomy characteristics and clinical significance of the tension-free hernioplasty

Objective To compare the differences of anatomy characteristics and clinical significance between tension-free hernioplasty and traditional hernioplasty. Method Tweaty-five cases of inguinal hernia were treated with Perfix plug which were produced by Bard company of American, and 26 cases of inguinal hernia were treated with traditional hernioplasty. The clinic effects of the two methods were evaluated. Results Tension-free hernioplasty need not extensively anatomize hernia area and had good effect. Among the 25 patients accepted tension-free hemioplasty no person reoccured, and among the 26 patients accepted traditional hernioplasty 4 persons reoccured. And there was statistically significant between them. Conclusion Tension-free hernioplasty is better than traditional hemioplasty, and the patients recovered fast and had low reoccur rate. It deservers to adopt tension-free hemioplasty extensively.
