脾的断面解剖及在影象学的应用

在30套成年男性腹部连续矢状面标本上,脾裸区位于胃脾韧带后层与脾肾韧带后层之间,宽度平均3.5cm、长度平均4.1cm,可分为脾门部和脾肾部;70%的胰尾与脾门相贴;胃脾隐窝和脾肾隐窝与左肝上后间隙相通;83.3%和90%的脾静脉分别位于胰体后上方与胰尾上方;副脾在脾门处的出现率为6.7%。

THE SECTIONAL ANATOMY OF THE SPLEEN AND ITS APPLICATIONS IN CLINIICAL IMAGINGS

On 30 sets of sagittal sections of Chinese male cadavers,the bare area of the spleen encroaches upon the visceral surface of the spleen between the posterior layers of the gastrosplenic ligament and lienorenal ligament and can be divided into two parts:the part of the sple-nic hilus and the splenorenal one,its mean width is 3.5cm,its mean length is 4.1cm;in 70% of the pancreatic tails touch the splenic hilus;the gas-trosplenic recess and splenorenal recess communicate with left posterior supra-hepatic space;in 83.3%,90% of the splenic vessels are separately postero-superior to the pancreatic body and superior to the pancreatic ta(?)l;in 6.7%cadavers,the accessory spleen appeared in the splenic hilus.
