医学本科生见习效果影响因素分析及对策

摘    要:五年制医学本科生见习中存在一些影响见习效果的因素,有学生自身的内在因素及教师的外部因素等。针对影响教学效果的因素,笔者从以下几个方面提出对策:学生正确定位,摆正心态;把握机会主动学习;强化训练,掌握扎实的基础知识。教师采用讲解与临床见习相结合的教学方法;激发学生学习热情;帮助学生提高沟通能力和临床思维能力等,使学生将所学知识融会贯通。学生与教师共同努力,避免见习中的影响因素,从而提高见习效果。

Abstract:There are some factors that influence probation results of five-year medical undergraduates, and they are either internal factors on the part of students themselves and external factors on the part of teachers. Aiming at these factors, the authors intend to offer some solutions in the following aspects : students should set up their mind correctly and have a good state of mind ; take every opportunity to learn on their own initiative; have intensive training in order to lay a solid foundation of basic knowledge. Teachers combine lectures and clinical probation to stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning; help students improve communication skills and clinical thinking so that students will be learning thoroughly. Students and teachers should work together to prevent influencing factors so as to enhance the effectiveness of probation.
