| 摘 要： | 目的 观察肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）、干扰素（IFN）在舌癌综合治疗中的地位及可行性，探讨舌癌治疗的新途径。方法 采用MTT法检测TNF，IFN对舌鳞状细胞癌（Tca8113)细胞株的体外抑制作用及其对化、放疗的影响。结果 （1）TNF，IFN对Tca8113的抑制作用均存在明显的量效关系，二者合用时抑制作用比单用时明显增加（P＜0．05）；（2）TNF，IFN能明显增强低剂量Taxol、DDP、PLM等化疗药物对Tca8113的生长抑制作用（P＜0．05）或（P＜0．01；（3）TNF能增强2－8Gy放疗剂量下对Tca8113杀伤作用（P＜0．01）。结论 TNF、IFN可能提高舌癌（Tca8113)化、放疗效果，降低其毒性，在舌癌的综合治疗中存在广阔的应用前景。
