GP方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床观察

目的观察吉西他滨（GEM）联合顺铂（PDD）治疗晚期乳腺癌的有效性和安全性。方法经病理学检查证实,CT、MRI或骨扫描证实的复发或转移晚期乳腺癌22例。应用GP方案,即GEM 1 000 mg/m^2,静滴,d1,8,顺铂100 mg/m^2,静滴,d1。21 d为1周期,治疗2-4个周期,2个周期治疗结束后,按照WHO标准评价疗效和毒性。结果CR4例（18.1%）,PR9例（40.9%）,SD6例（27.4%）,PD3例（13.6%）,总有效率（CR＋PR）59%（13/22）。疾病进展时间（TTP）7.5个月,中位生存时间（MST）7.6个月。主要毒性反应为：可逆性的骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、一过性肝肾损害、脱发,未见明显心脏和神经毒性。结论GEM联合PDD组成GP方案治疗晚期乳腺癌患者疗效可靠,毒副反应可耐受。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Late Stage of Breast Carcinoma with GP Regimen

Objective To observe the effective and safety of GEM and PDD in combination therapy of late stage breast carcinoma. Methods 22 cases of such patient, who were obtained confirmed diagnosis of relapsed or metastasis with pathology, CT, MRI and ECT. were treated with GP regimen . GEM 1130 mg/m^2 was infused dl,8 and PDD 1130 mg/m^2 dl in 21 days as a course. Therapy was taken 2- 4 courses. The curative effect and toxication were assessed with WHO standard. Results The total effective rate （CR and PR） was 59% with CR4 cases, PR 9 cases, SD 6 cases and PD 3 cases. TIP was 7.5 month with MST 7.6 month. The main toxication reaction were reversible bone marrow inhibition, gastrointestinal and liver- kidney injury. Conclusion GP regimen might have reliable effect and less toxication effect.
