| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针刺任脉对脑梗塞假性球麻痹患者脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的影响。方法:选择脑梗塞假性球麻痹患者42例,22例为治疗组;20例为对照组。应用肌电图诱发电位仪分析针刺治疗前后BAEPIII波和V波潜伏期(PL)、III~V和I~V峰间潜伏期(IPL)的变化。结果:治疗组BAEP各参数在治疗前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),在治疗后III波和V波PL、III~V、I~VIPL分别与治疗前、对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异。结论:针刺任脉能促进脑梗塞假性球麻痹患者脑干听觉传导功能康复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the effect of acupuncturing Ren vessel on BAEP of laughing sickness patient. Methods:42 cases with cerebral infarction laughing sickness were divided into two groups. In the study group,22 patients were given the acupuncturing Ren vessel treatment.
