| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑心通胶囊治疗椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例,观察比较治疗前后症状、TCD、血液流变学、血脂变化。结果脑心通胶囊治疗组在症状、TCD、血液流变学与对照组间差异有统计学意义,在血脂方面变化不大,同时未发现有明显不良反应。结论脑心通胶囊治疗椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕(VBAIV)疗效显著,安全性良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of clinical treatment in naoxintong capsule to treat the vertebral-basilar artery ischemia vertigo(VBAIV).Methods 120 patients who suffered from VBAIV were randomly divided into the treatment group(60 cases) and the control group(60 cases),we Studied the difference of the syndrome,TCD,hemodynamic change,blood-fat before and affer treatment.Results The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group on the syndrome,TCD,hemodynamic change,before and after treatment,but blood-fat no changes.No obvious side-effect was found in the treatment group.Conclusion Naoxintong capsuie is safe and effective to treat VBAIV. |
