大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎证病结合模型阴道涂片的观察

目的:了解大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)证病结合模型内环境改变。方法:分对照组、胃炎组、脾虚胃炎组、肝郁胃炎组、肾虚胃炎组。观察阴道涂片的性周期、阴道杆菌、真菌改变及血浆 E_2水平。结果:(1)性周期特点与年龄相关;(2)脾虚胃炎、特别是肾虚胃炎组实验全程动情期明显短于、间期明显长于其他各组;肝郁胃炎组在实验后期也出现类似变化;(3)脾虚胃炎、肾虚胃炎组血浆 E_2水平增高;(4)肝郁胃炎、特别是脾虚胃炎、肾虚胃炎组阴道杆菌增多;(5)链格孢属真菌与环境感染有关,并已构成微生态要素。各组差别不同时期有不同特点。结论:不同 CAG 证病结合模型性周期和微生态环境有不同改变。

Observation on Vaginal Smear of the Integrated Disease and Syndrome Model of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis in Rats

Objective:To study the internal environment of the integrated disease and Syndrome model of chronic atrophic gas- tritis (CAG) of rats.Methods:Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups:the control group (Group 1),the CAG group (Group 2),the CAG with Spleen-Deficiency group (Group 3),the CAG with Liver-Qi stagnation group (Group 4),and the CAG with Kidney-Deficiency group (Group 5).The sex cycle,bacterium vaginae,fungus of animals were examined from vaginal smear,and plasma estrogen (E_2) was determined as well.Results:(1) The characteristics of sex cycle was interrelated with age.(2) Estrus was longer and anestrus was shorter in Group 3 and Group 5 than those in other 3 groups in the whole experimental proeess,especially in group 5.In the later stage of experiment,a similar change was shown in Group 4.(3) Plasma level of E_2 was higher in Group 4 than that in the other groups.(4) Bacterium vaginae was increased in Group 4,3 and 5,especially in the latter 2.(5) Change of fungus vaginae was interrelated with sex cy- cle and became a factor of microeeosystem.The difference between groups in fungus was changed in different stages of ex- periment.Conclusion:Different types of model showed different characteristics of sex cycle and microecosvstem.
