汕头口岸涉外餐厅的餐具卫生状况评价

摘    要:本文对汕头口岸潼湖轮及海员酒家的餐具卫生状况进行了评价。共采样263份,平均合格宰为70.7%;不同单位、不同类餐具其卫生合格率不同;餐具受污染主要来源于粪便,提示餐具在传播肠道传染病的作用上有着重要的流行病学意义。

Abstract:The tableware sanitary condition of Tong Hu and Seaman's restaurant in Shantou port, was estimated. The average rate of suitability is 70. 7% of 263. The sanitary suitability rate of different units and different kinds of tableware was different. Tableware were polluted mainly by fe-ces. Suggesting the epidemic importance of tableware in transmitting intestinal infected disease.
