| 摘 要： | 目的：了解山东省中小学校医与保健教师艾滋病认知与态度，为开展预防艾滋病师资培训及制定政策提供依据。方法对山东省6个城市397名中小学校医与保健教师进行艾滋病认知与态度问卷调查，用SPSS13．0进行分析。结果被调查者对艾滋病传播途径等基本知识的知晓率达到81．7％～97．9％，对艾滋病疫苗、世界艾滋病日、红丝带的意义、“四免一关怀”政策等知识的知晓率仅为50％左右。大学本科、医学专业毕业和来自全球基金资助地区的被调查者艾滋病知识得分分别是（20．80±2．48）分、（21．17±1．83）分和（20．85±2．06）分，分别高于其对照组（P〈0．05）。超过90％的被调查者认为健康教育和改变不良生活行为是预防艾滋病的最好方法。当前学校艾滋病宣传教育工作存在的困难是缺少师资、课时和宣传资料，师生缺乏防艾意识。结论提高学校领导对健康教育的重视程度；加强对中小学校医、保健教师的预防艾滋病培训；在山东省各地区开展预防艾滋病宣传教育；提高校医和保健教师的整体素质。
