甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤的P^53蛋白表达及意义

应用流式细胞术对３４例甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤Ｐ＾５３蛋白表达进行定量研究，结果：滤泡性腺瘤与滤泡性癌的Ｐ＾５３蛋白阳性率均较高，无明显统计学差异。但滤泡性癌的Ｐ＾５３蛋白表达量明显高于胚胎和胎儿型腺瘤，而与滤泡生腺瘤增生活跃组相比，无统计学差异，但该组有３例呈Ｐ＾５３蛋白高表达，经多次切片仔细观察，有２例被确诊为滤泡性癌，另１例细胞异型性明显，建议随访。

P 53 PROTEIN EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE IN THYROID FOLLICULAR NEOPLASMS

p 53 protein expression in 34 cases of thyroid follicular neoplasms was detected quantitatively by flow cytometry.The results showed that the positive rates in follicular adenoma and carcinoma were all high,there were no statistical differences.The content of p 53 protein expression in follicular carcinoma was higher than that in the embryonic and fetal adenoma (P<0.05).The content of p 53 protein was higher in 3 of 10 cases of follicular adenoma with dysplasia,which were sectioned subserially,2 cases were diagnosed as follicular carcinoma,the another was adenoma with dysplasia and suggested to be examined regularly.We conclude that p 53 protein expression may be a common phenomenon,but the higher content of p 53 protein may be an important marker in distinction between benign and malignant follicular neoplasms in the thyroid gland.
