Abstract: | The European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE)Ethics Task Force sets out a recommended multidisciplinary approachto the application of preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD).The statement includes consideration of fundamental ethicalprinciples, specific problems in cases of high genetic risk,and PGD for aneuploidy screening, HLA typing and sex selectionfor non-medical reasons. |
