| 摘 要： | 目的评价“新型农村合作医疗综合评价模型”的科学性、实用性、合理性。方法利用“新型农村合作医疗综合评价模型”,对6省43个试点县的运行现状进行评估;采用对照研究、Kappa值及卡方检验,验证评价结果的科学性,实例分析说明其实用性。结果43个试点县排序结果符合率84%,Kappa值为0.504,χ2=22.457,P<0.0001。结论所构建的“新型农村合作医疗综合评价模型”具较好的科学性、实用性、合理性。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives To evaluate the science,practice and rationality of the comprehend evaluation model of the new-type rural cooperative medical system. Methods Using the constructed comprehend evaluation model to evaluate the 43 Pilot Counties of 6 provinces in China in 2005. To verify the science of evaluation results by the control study, the kappa value and the chi-square test and to analyze the practice by examples. Results The sort coincidence rate of the 43 Pilot Counties was 84%.the kappa value was 0.504.The chi-square was 22.457 and the probability was 0.0001. Conclusions The evaluation results of the constructed comprehend evaluation model had the higher science value and better practice. |
