枳椇子解酒活性提取部位的研究

目的:研究枳椇子解酒的活性提取部位。方法:根据极性不同将枳椇子分成超临界流体提取部位、氯仿提取部位、乙酸乙酯提取部位、正丁醇提取部位、水提取部位5部分。考察各种提取部位对急性酒精中毒小鼠模型的醉酒潜伏期、醉酒率、死亡率及小鼠给酒后血液乙醇浓度-时间曲线的影响。结果:枳椇子乙酸乙酯提取部位可延长小鼠醉酒潜伏期,降低醉酒率及死亡率,显著降低小鼠给酒后0.5、1、1.5h的血液乙醇浓度(P<0.01),减少小鼠血液乙醇浓度-时间曲线的曲线下面积。其它提取部位未见显著作用。结论:乙酸乙酯提取部位是枳椇子解酒的活性提取部位。

Study on the Bioavtive Fraction of the Seeds of Hovenia Dulcis Thunb. for Acute Alcoholism

OBJECTIVE:To study the active fraction of the seeds of Hovenia Dulcis Thunb.to treat acute alcoholism.METHODES:The seeds of Hovenia Dulcis Thunb.were divided into five parts:superitical fluid extraction(SFE)part,chloroform extraction part,ethyl acetate extraction part,n-butanol extraction part and water extraction part.The effects of the active fraction of the seeds of Hovenia Dulcis Thunb.on ebriety latency,ebriety rate,mortality,and ethanol concentration-time curve of the alcoholism mice were investigated.RESULTS:The ethyl acetate extract could prolong the ebriety latency of the mice,decrease ebriety rate and mortality of the alcoholism mice,and significantly decrease serum ethanol concentrations at 0.5,1,and 1.5h after alcohol administration(P<0.01),and reduce the area under the concentration-time curve.However,no significant effects were noted for the other extracts of the seeds of Hovenia Dulcis Thunb..CONCLUSI-ON:The ethyl acetate extract of the seeds of Hovenia Dulcis Thunb.was proved to be the active fraction for acute alcoholism relieving.
