血浆同型半胱氨酸与颈动脉狭窄严重程度及中医证型的关系

目的:探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸与颈动脉狭窄及中医证型的关系。方法:将69例入选的患者按颈动脉狭窄程度及中医辨证分型分别分组,采用循环酶法测定患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,并对各组Hcy进行比较。结果:重度颈动脉狭窄患者Hcy水平明显高于中度颈动脉狭窄患者(P<0.05),中度颈动脉狭窄患者高于轻度颈动脉狭窄患者(P<0.05),且三者均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);肝阳上扰型患者Hcy水平低于痰浊中阻和气血亏虚型(均P<0.05)。结论:血浆Hcy的异常增高是颈动脉狭窄的一个危险因素,也是气血亏虚证和痰浊中阻证的主要血液理化特征之一。

Degree and Relation of Syndromes Types of Traditional Chinese Medicine between Plasma Homocysteine and Casrotid Stegnosis

Objective:To explore the degree and relation of TCM syndromes types of traditional Chinese medicine between plasma homocysteine and casrotid stegnosis.Methods:69 casrotid stegnosis patients were selected and classified into different groups by the degree of casrotid stegnosis and the types of TCM syndromes.A circulation enzyme method was used to determine the level of the plasma homocysteine(Hcy) of the patients and the comparison was made among the groups.Results:The level of Hcy of the severe patients was obviously higher than that of the moderate patients(P<0.05) while the level of the moderate patients was higher than that of the slight patients(P<0.05).The three groups were obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Hcy level of liver-yang type patients was lower than that of the phlegm stagnation and qi-deficiency syndrome patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal increase of the plasma Hcy level is a risky factor of casrotid stegnosis and also a physicochemical characteristic of qi and blood deficiency and phlegm stagnation syndrome.
