羟乙基淀粉对凝血功能影响的实验研究

摘    要:本文比较了三组失血性休克的实验犬,分别快速输给大剂量羟乙基淀粉(30ml/kg),中等剂量羟乙基淀粉(20mg/kg)和乳酸林格氏液后观察凝血指标的改变。三组血小板聚集率均有轻度异常,但较对组无显著差异:PT、KPTT和TT也均轻度延长,但组间比较亦无明显差异。因而认为羟乙基淀粉并不损伤凝血机制,作为体外循环预充液成份是安全的。

Abstract:15 dogs with hemmoragic shock were randomly devided into 3 groups of 5 dogs each. 20ml/kg and 30ml/kg of blood were replaced by the same dose of hydroxyethyl strach in group A and group B, while 20ml/kg of blood in group C was replaced by Ringer's solution. 30 minutes and 4 hours after infusion, the hemostatic parameters were measured. Platelet aggregation of all three groups changed slightly but was not statistically different from control values. PT, KPTT and TT were delayed but statistical difference again did not exist between groups. We conclude that hydroxyethyl starch causes no serious damage to the hemostatic mechanism and is safe for use as a component of cardiopulnomary bypass prime.
