| 摘 要： | 扩张型心肌病是一组心肌的异质性疾病,其特点是在没有异常负荷状态或没有导致心肌收缩力下降的缺血因素存在的前提下,表现为心室扩大和心肌收缩力下降。扩张型心肌病病因复杂多样,临床表现近似,诊断和鉴别诊断困难,治疗效果差异较大,预后有别。

| Abstract: | The term "dilated cardiomyopathy"(DCM) has been referred to as a spectrum of heterogeneous myocardial disorders that are characterized of ventricular dilatation and suppressed myocardial contractility despite absence of abnormal loading conditions or factors contributing to reduced contractility as a result of ischemia.In addition to diverse treatment outcomes and prognoses,the challenges in making diagnosis and differential diagnosis could have arisen from various etiologies and similar clinical manifestations.These critiques were herein reviewed in a briefly manner. |
