养阴抗毒胶囊对糖皮质激素致阴虚大鼠垂体ACTH细胞超微结构的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨养阴抗毒胶囊2号(YC2)对糖皮质激素(GC)所致阴虚大鼠垂体促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)细胞超微结构损伤的影响。方法:SD成年大鼠16只,随机分为空白对照组、阴虚模型组、养阴抗毒组、六味地黄组。在中药预处理及造模给药9 d后,将大鼠断头,取垂体,于电镜下观察垂体ACTH细胞的改变。结果:电镜结果显示阴虚模型组细胞肿胀明显,分泌颗粒显著减少,线粒体空泡化,出现髓鞘样结构;养阴抗毒组电镜结构基本正常,分泌颗粒多,线粒体正常,少数细胞有轻度损伤,线粒体轻度肿胀;六味地黄组细胞肿胀不明显,分泌颗粒分布较少,伴有线粒体空泡化。结论:养阴抗毒胶囊2号及六味地黄丸均能改善激素应用早期所致垂体促肾上腺皮质激素细胞超微结构的改变,尤以养阴抗毒胶囊2号作用明显。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the effect of Yangyin antitoxic capsule Ⅱ(YC2) on glucocorticoids-caused hypophysis ultrastructure damage in rats.Methods: 16 adult SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: hormone group,deficiency of Yin group,YC2 group,Liuwei Dihuang pill group.The ultrastructure changes of adrenocorticotrophic cells in hypophysis were observed under electronic microscope after administration and taking medicine for 9 days.Results: Electronic microscope(EM) showed that deficiency of Yin group cellular swelling was obvious in many cells,secretory granules significantly decreased,mitochondria vacuolar and myelin figure were obvious.The ultrastructure in YC2 group was normal and Liuwei Dihuang pill group mitochondria swelling was found in some cells.Mitochondria vacuolar and a few secretory granules were obvious in positive control group's cells.Conclusion: YC2 and Liuwei Dihuang pill can improve the early-stage glucocorticoids-caused hypophysis ultrastructure damage in rats.The effect of YC2 was remarkable.
