培哚普利联合伊贝沙坦治疗高血压病的临床观察

目的：观察培哚普利联合伊贝沙坦对高血压病患者血压、血肌酐、血钾、尿蛋白的影响。方法：将52例高血压病患者依数字随机法分为两组,各26例。对照组使用培哚普利降压,必要时加用吲达帕胺,观察组在此基础上加用伊贝沙坦,疗程均4周。检测两组治疗前后血压、24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐、血钾。结果：两组治疗前后组内比较,血压和24 h尿蛋白定量下降明显（P〈0.01）,血肌酐及血钾水平无明显改变（P〉0.05）。治疗后两组间血压比较差异不明显（P〉0.05）,观察组24 h尿蛋白定量较对照组下降明显（P〈0.01）。结论：培哚普利联合伊贝沙坦对降低高血压病患者尿蛋白排出量较单独应用培哚普利疗效更佳。

Observation of Hypertension Treated with Perindopril and Lrbesarban

Objective: To observe the effect of hypertensive disease treated with perindopril and lrbesarban.Methods: 52 patients were randomly divided into two groups,that contrast group(n=26) and combination group(n=26).Contrast group was used perindopril in 4 weeks,adding indapamide pro re nata.Combination group was used perindopril and lrbesarban.To study blood pressure,24 hours urine protein,serum creatinine,blood kalium at prior-treatment and post-treatment.Results: The blood pressure and 24 hours urine protein of post-treatment were lower obviously than prior treatment(P< 0.01).The serum creatinine and blood kalium of post-treatment were not changed obviously(P>0.05).After treatment,the difference of blood pressure's descent was not obvious between two groups.The 24 hours urine protein of combination group was lower obviously than contrast group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Perindopril combined with lrbesarban can decrease urine protein of hypertensive patients,and it is more than perindopril alone.
