荧光标记法在医院环境清洁质量评估中的试验研究

摘    要:目的了解荧光标记法在医院环境清洁质量评估中的应用效果,为制定合理有效的考评策略提供依据。方法随机选择2014年10月-2015年2月某三甲综合医院病房的高频接触位点进行标记,待保洁员完成清洁后,同时采用荧光标记法与微生物培养法(金标准)评估医院环境清洁质量的效果。结果对病房216个高频接触位点进行采样,荧光标记法和微生物培养法合格率分别为43.06%、49.54%。荧光标记法评估环境清洁质量的灵敏度和和特异度分别为82.24%、94.50%,kappa值为0.88,阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为93.61%、84.43%。荧光标记法每个采样点检测费为0.15元,而微生物培养法每个采样点检测费为8.20元。结论荧光标记法应用于环境清洁质量的真实性、可靠性及经济实用性较好,可应用于评估医疗环境的清洁质量。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of fluorescence labeling on quality assessment of hospital environmental cleanliness, and provide basis for establishing rational and effective assessment strategy. MethodsFrom October 2014 to February 2015, frequently touched object surface in the wards of a tertiary first class general hospital were randomly selected and labelled, after cleaning staff completed the cleaning, effectiveness of hospital environmental cleanliness quality was assessed by fluorescence labeling and microbial culture method (golden standard). Results216 frequently touched sites in the wards were detected, the qualified rates detected by fluorescence labeling method and microbial culture method were 43.06% and 49.54% respectively, the sensitivity and specificity of fluorescence labeling for assessing environmental cleanliness quality were 82.24% and 94.50% respectively, kappa value was 0.88, positive and negative predictive values were 93.61% and 84.43% respectively. Cost of fluorescence labeling method for each sampling point detection was ¥0.15, while microbial culture method was ¥8.20. ConclusionFluorescence labeling can be applied in assessing the quality of hospital environmental cleanliness, it is reliable, economical, and practicable.
