氯沙坦对糖尿病肾病的非血压依赖性肾保护作用

目的：观察在血压正常的情况下,血管紧张素受体拮抗剂氯沙坦对糖尿病 肾病患者尿蛋白排泄的影响。方法：选择32例血压控制良好的糖尿病肾病患者,并 设置相应对照组,治疗组用氯沙坦50mg/d,观察治疗前及治疗2个月的尿白蛋白排 泄以及其他生化指标的变化。结果：治疗组用氯沙坦后2个月的尿白蛋白排泄均有 显著下降（组内配对比较,P〈0.05）,与对照组比较亦有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论： 氯沙坦具有不依赖其降压作用而降低糖尿病肾病的尿白蛋白排泄的作用。

Effect of losartan on diabetic dephropathy without association with its effects of lowering blood pressure

Objective: To observe the effect of angiotensin receptor antagonist losartan on urinary albumin excretion of diabetic nephropathy(DN) patients under the sistuation that the blood pressure is normal.Methods: 32 DN patients with well-controlled blood pressure and corresponding controls were selected.50mg losartan was given to the therapy group.Urinary albumin excretion of the second month and other biochemistry indexes were detected.Results: Urinary albumin of the second month of the therapy group decreased markedly,between different subgroups(P<0.05),and there was significant statistic differences between the treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Losartan is a drug with action of decreasing urinary albumin excretion of DN patients without association with its effects of lowering blood pressure.
