| 摘 要： | 目的系统评价机器人胰腺切除与开腹胰腺切除治疗胰腺外科疾病的临床效果。方法计算机检索Pub Med、Cochrane Library、Medline、Embase等数据库,同时根据以上检索所得文献的参考文献进行扩大检索。采用Cochrane协作网提供的Rev Man5.2.7统计软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11项符合标准的NRCs,共计555例患者。结果显示,机器人胰腺切除组与传统开腹胰腺切除组相比,在围手术期死亡率上并无显著差异。而两组在围手术期并发症发生率以及再次手术方面具有显著差异,提示robot方式切除胰腺可有效降低并发症的发生率以及二次手术率。结论通过本次Meta分析发现,机器人胰腺切除术与传统开腹胰腺切除术相比,其安全性及有效性更优。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate clinical effects of robotic pancreatectomy and open pancreatectomy of pancreatic diseases.Methods Relevant literature was retrieved from databases including Pub Med,Cochrane Library,Medline and Embase. Exploding search was done with references of retrieved articles. The Review Manager software（Version 5. 2. 7） was used for statistical analyses.Results A total of eleven NRCs met the criteria,including 555 cases of patients. Meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference in perioperative mortalities. But there was significant difference in perioperative morbidities and reoperation rate. Conclusion The results of this meta-analysis suggest that robotic pancreatectomy is safer and more efficient than open pancreatectomy. |
