酚妥拉明佐治小儿支气管肺炎临床疗效观察

目的:探讨酚妥拉明佐治小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法:将66例支气管肺炎确诊患儿分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采取综合治疗,治疗组在综合治疗的基础上,加用酚妥拉明。观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组症状缓解及肺部啰音消失时间较对照组明显缩短,治疗组住院天数也明显低于对照组。结论:酚妥拉明佐治小儿支气管肺炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Phentolamine La Mingzuo Gorernance Clinical Observation of Bronchial Pneumoniain Children

Objective：To study the efficacy of the accessary treatment for infantile bronchopnenmonia by Phentolamine.Methods：To add Phentolamine to treatment group with the combined treatment.Results：Compared to the contrast group, treatment group can relieve the symptoms and the disappearance time of lung rale is obviously shorter.The treatment group can also effectively reduce the infantile bronchopnenmonia patients length of stay.Conclusion：Phentolamine has a significant curative effect on infantile bronchopnenmonia.
