128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对诊断冠心病的价值

目的 探讨128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在冠心病筛查及诊断中的价值 方法 收集到该院就诊的疑似冠状动脉狭窄患者322例,行多层螺旋CT(MSCT)冠状动脉造影检查,其中78例随后行冠被动脉造影(CAG)检查,对两种检查结果进行分析比较,评价128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在冠状动脉狭窄病变的显示能力 结果 322例受检者中,309例冠状动脉主要分支显示良好,达到诊断要求,成功率为95.96％.在诊断冠状动脉狭窄程度上,MSCT评估的准确性为94.1％.结论 在控制心率为70次/分钟以下时128层螺旋CT可清晰显示冠状动脉所有1～3级及大部分4级分支,对冠状动脉狭窄的筛查及诊断、冠状动脉狭窄搭桥及支架术后、冠状动脉斑块的评价与随访具有独特的优势.

Value of 128-slice spiral CT cornonary angiography in diagosing coronary artery disease

Objective To discuss the value of 128-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in screening and diagnosing coronary artery disease.Methods MSCT was performed in 322 patients suspected coronary artery stenosis.Among them,78 cases accepted coronary angiography later.Comparing and analyzing the results,the value of 128-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in diagnosing coronary artery stenosis was evaluated.Results Among the 322 cases,the major branches of the coronary artery were displayed clearly in 309 cases,which reached the diagnostic demand with the success rate of 95.96%.Comparing the two methods MSCT and CAG in diagnosing coronary artery stenosis,the accuracy of MSCT was 94.1%.Conclusion When heart rate is controlled under 70 beats /min,all grade 1-3 and most grade 4 branches can be displayed clearly by 128-slice spiral CT coronary angiography,which has unique advantages in screening and diagnosing coronary artery stenosis,postoperative coronary artery bypass surgery and stent implantation,evaluation and follow-up of coronary arterial plaques.
