25例合并糖尿病的肛周脓肿患者临床特征及脓液微生物学分析

目标研究合并糖尿病的肛周脓肿患者临床特征以及主要致病菌的感染特点。方法 2009年2月至2011年8月收治于我院肛肠外科的肛周脓肿患者,分为糖尿病组(研究组)及非糖尿病组(对照组),回顾性分析临床信息及脓液细菌培养结果,统计学分析其差异性。结果研究组年龄大于对照组(P<0.05),合并内科疾病以及合并肛瘘者高于对照组(P<0.05);对疼痛感知度低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组脓肿培养克雷白杆菌属检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论合并糖尿病的肛周脓肿患者有不同的临床特征,克雷白杆菌检出率高。

Clinical and Pus Microbiological Analysis of Perianal Abscess in Diabetes Mellitus Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical features and the predominant pathogen of perianal abscess in diabetes mellitus patients.Method 64 patients admitted and then operated in our anorectal surgery department for perianal abscess from February 2009 to August 2011 were retrospectively reviewed and divided into diabetes mellitus group(DM group) and non-diabetes mellitus group(non-DM group),retrospectedly analysed the laboratory pathogen culture data and clinical information.Result The DM patients were significantly older than the non-DM patients(P<0.05);the rates of morbidity and fistula-in-ano were significantly higher in the patients with DM(P<0.05);perception of pain were lower in the patients with DM inversely(P<0.05);pathogens cultured from the pus are shown that the most common pathogen causing perianal abscess both in DM and non-DM patients was Escherichia coli,pathogens detection rate of Klebsiella from pus was higher in DM group than in non-DM group(P<0.05).Conclusion For perianal abscess patients,there are different clinical features and Pathogen detection rate of Klebsiella was higher in DM patients than in non-DM patients.
