米索前列醇联合复方萘普生栓用于绝经后取环术192例分析

目的观察米索前列醇联合复方萘普生栓用于绝经后取环术的疗效。方法选取2007年7月至2008年6月绝经后取环术妇女192例为米索组,术前给予米索前列醇联合复方萘普生栓;选取2006年7月至2007年6月未给药取环妇女196例为对照组。对两组患者年龄、绝经年限、宫内节育器放置年限、取环及不良反应进行比较。结果米索组宫颈扩张程度较对照组有明显改善,一次性取器成功率高,术后疼痛时间短,术后出血时间短,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。米索组用药前后不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论米索前列醇联合复方萘普生栓用于绝经后妇女取环术可取得满意疗效。

Clinical study of misoprostol combined with Compound Naproxen Suppository applied in intrauterine device removal after menopause in 192 cases

Objective To investigate the effect of misoprostol combined with Compound Naproxen Suppository applied in intrauterine device(IUD) removal after-menopause.Methods 192 women undergoing IUD removal after menopause from July 2007 to June 2008 were selected as the misoprostol group and treated with preoperative medication(misoprostol combined with Compound Naproxen Suppository).Other 196 women without preoperative medication from July 2006 to June 2007 were selected as the control group.The age,menopause years,IUD placing years,IUD removal and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared to the control group,the cervical expansion degrees in the misoprostol group was obviously improved,the IUD one-time removal success rate was markedly higher,the duration of postoperative pain was shorter,postopera tive bleeding time was shorter,showing statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference in adverse reactions of the misoprostol group before and after medication(P>0.05).Conclusion Misoprostol combined with Compound Naproxen Suppository applied in intrauterine device(IUD) removal after menopause has the satisfactory effect.
