中西医结合治疗糖尿病足45例的疗效观察

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效观察.方法 收治我院2008 年1 月-2010 年10 月收治的74 例糖尿病足患者,对照组应用西医常规用药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加中药治疗.比较两组治疗临床疗效,及血糖、血脂、纤维蛋白原及踝肱指数（ABI）.结果 对照组治愈率为52.9%,总有效率为91.2%.治疗组治疗率为85.0%,总有效率为97.5%.两组比较总体疗效治疗组优于对照组,P 〈0.05;总胆固醇、甘油三脂及纤维蛋白原比较,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.两组治疗后ABI指数有显著改善（P 〈0.05）.结论 中西医结合治疗糖尿病足（DF）,可以提高临床有效率,改善血脂血糖水平及踝肱指数的疗效较单用西医药治疗为好.

Clinical therapeutic effect of integrated traditional and western medicine to diabetes foot

Objective To explore the Clinical therapeutic effect of integrated traditional and western medicine to diabetes foot.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 74 cases who had diabetes foot in our department from January 2008 to October 2010.The 74 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups of common western medicine in the experimental group and integrated traditional and western medicine in control group.Contrast the therapeutic effect,blood sugar,blood-fat,fibrinogen,ankle bone,ABI exponent.Results The recovery rate is 52.9%,total effective rate is 91.2% in the experimental group.And the number is 85.0% and 97.5% in the control group(P <0.05).The total cholesterol,triglyeride,metaglobulin,ABI exponent are higher effective in the control group than the other(P <0.05).Conclusions Integrated traditional and western medicine to diabetes foot can improve the Clinical therapeutic effective,and improver the total cholesterol,triglyeride,metaglobulin,ABI exponent.
