| 摘 要： | 目的探讨药物保留灌肠在治疗放射性直肠炎的效果及总结护理要点。方法对36例放射性直肠炎患者进行药物保留灌肠及护理。结果36例患者治疗总有效率第5 d达到94.4%,第10 d达到100.0%。结论药物保留灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎并辅以综合护理,可有效治疗放射性直肠炎。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effectiveness of medicine retention enema on radiation proctitis and summarize the key nursing points.Method 36 patients with radiation proctitis were treated with medicine retention enema and nursing strategies.Result The medicine retention enema was performed in all the 36 patients,with the total effective rate of over 94.4% on day 5 and 100.0% on day 10.Conclusion The medicine retention enema as well as the comprehensive nursing to the patients with radiation proctitis may be effective for the treatment of radiation proctitis. |
