| 摘 要： | 对４６例畸精症患者染色体及其配偶反复流产、死胎的情况进行了分析，发现１例常染色体易位，１１例伴有大Ｙ染色体，其大Ｙ发生率明显高于正常人群。伴有大Ｙ染色体的畸精症患者，其配偶流产或死胎的频率高于染色体正常的患者。表明畸精症、流产和兄胎的发生与Ｙ染色体的变异有关。

| Abstract: | his paper analyzed chromosome in 46 teratozoospermic males and incidence of recur-rent abortions or fetal deaths of their wives.One case of balanced autosomal translocationand eleven cases of large Y were found.Incidence of large Y in teratozoospermia(23.91%)was higher than that in normal population of China(11.18%).The percent of recurrentabortions or fetal deaths in teratozoospermic males with large Y was higher than that ofnormal chromosome group(P<0.05).It is speculated that the incidence of teratozoospermiaand recurrent abortions or fetal deaths were related to heterochromatic variants like largeY,and the variants likd large Y could be one of the causes of teratozoospermia and play animportant role in recurrent abortions or fetal deaths related to teratozoospermia. |
