老年女性下尿路感染362例临床分析

目的探讨老年女性下尿路感染的临床特点，提高临床诊治水平。方法对2002年9月-2008年8月诊治的362例老年女性下尿路感染患者进行回顾性分析。结果本组362例中有明显下尿路刺激症状者仅为38.1％；合并糖尿病131例（36.2％），合并老年性阴道炎96例（26.5％），合并尿路梗阻77例（21.3％），长期卧床31例（8.6％），合并肾功能不全9例（2.5％）。结论老年女性下尿路感染具有不典型性，患有糖尿病、妇科疾病以及尿路梗阻的老年女性发病率相对较高。

Clinical analysis of 362 senile female cases of lower urinary tract infection

Objective To analyze the clinical features of female patients with lower urinary tract infection （LUTI） to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The data of 362 elderly female hospitalized patients with LUTI between Sept. 2002 and Aug. 2008 were studied retrospectively. Results 131 cases had obvious syndromes of lower urinary tract（38.1%）, 131 cases were complicated with diabetes （36.2%）, 96 with senile vaginitis （26.5%）, 77 with urinary obstruction （21.3%）, 9 with renal insufficiency（2.5%） and 31 cases were bed-ridden. Conclusion The symptoms of senile female LUTI were not typical. Patients who had diabetes, gynecological diseases or urinary tract obstruction had higher incidence of LUTI.
