| 摘 要： | 目的：观察红景天醇提取物对肝细胞凋亡测定的作用。
方法：肝脏和血清过氧化脂质（LPO）测定分别采用硫代巴比妥酸法及磷钨酸法，细胞周期及细胞凋亡测定采用流式细胞术。
结果：红景天醇提取物显著降低小鼠肝及血清LPO含量，同时使细胞的高凋亡率显著下降。结论：红景天醇提取物具有抗肝细胞脂质过氧化及细胞凋亡的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Rhodiola extracts on hepatocytes apoptosis. Methods The levels of lipideperoxygen (LPO) in liver and serum were measured by thiobabituric acid (TBA) and phosphotungstic acid,respectively. The cell cycle and apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry (FCM). Results Rhodiola extracts significantly decreased the levels of LPO in liver and serum and the higher apopototic rate of hepatocytes.Conclusion Rhodiola extracts posses the effects of against lipid peroxidation and apoptosis. |
