摘    要:药物代谢和相互作用的差异与CYP的单核苷酸基因多态性有关。综述CYP2C19基因多态性对质子泵抑制剂、抗真菌药伏立康唑、抗血小板药氯吡格雷的代谢和药物相互作用的影响,以期为个体化用药提供参考。

Abstract:Drug metabolism and drug-drug interactions were associated with the single nucleotide polymorphisms of CYP. The relationship between CYP2C19 polymorphisms and metabolism as well as interactions of proton pump inhibitors, voriconazole and clopidogrel were reviewed to provide evidence for personalized medication.
